What we don't assume

No investment growth, inflation or pay rises. We don't assume you'll sell investments to cover bills — they're tracked separately. If cash goes negative, we show the full shortfall rather than hiding it.

Your runway

Your financial runway is the number of full months before your accessible cash runs out under the scenario — calculated directly from the simulation.
